The house has the following accommodation:
Overall - the house is furnished to a high standard throughout with natural wooden
flooring in all all areas (other than bathrooms). Heating is either electric or wood/coal
burning stoves.
UPSTAIRS
Sitting room - large sitting room with large bay window overlooking harbour. A 30”
flat TV with DVD unit and CD is available. The room includes an internal window which
allows communication with the rest of the house. The room also has a modern wood/coal
burning stove.
Bedroom1 - large double bedroom with window overlooking harbour.
Bedroom2/study - this is a smaller bedroom furnished in a study format. This allows
means that you can also work/write looking out over the harbour. Broadband and printing
facilities are available.
Shower room - there is a well equipped shower room and toilet
DOWNSTAIRS
Dining/living room - large room with wood/coal burning stove. The room has a large
extendable dining room table which can seat 10. There are double doors which look
out onto the garden.
Kitchen - open plan kitchen fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dish washer, fridge
Utility room - wash machine and freezer
Bathroom - large bathroom with a bath and shower
Bedroom 3 - large and quiet double bedroom
GARDEN
As well as the beach, there is a private garden to give you all privacy on your holiday.
